Returns

 You can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a refund of that or to exchange it for something else. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. If goods are damaged in transit please notify us immediately by telephoning our Customer Support Department in Gowan Home on 01 413 6444. A customer advisor will be able to take your call Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 5.00pm. 

Alternatively you can e-mail us on sales@gowanhome.ie. Please have your order confirmation number available at the time of telephoning. Any refunds given will be made to your credit card account. Under no circumstances will a cheque, credit note or cash be issued by way of refund.
